Volunteers help to make our event possible. We are always looking for volunteers to help out. We have a job for everyone! If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete the form below and return to the Airport Administration office. Lunch will be provided for volunteers on Saturday and Sunday.

Do I have to volunteer for all the "volunteer opportunity" dates listed?
No! You may volunteer for as many or little of the dates as you'd like. We appreciate all the help we can get, please just indicate which date(s) and times you're available on your volunteer application!
Will lunch be provided for volunteers, and which days?
Yes, lunch will be provided for volunteers helping during the Fly-In Event on Saturday and Sunday June 18th & 19th!
Is the safety meeting mandatory for volunteers who have volunteered at past Father's Day Fly-In events?
Yes, you must attend one of the mandatory safety meetings! There are major changes to this years event, with the addition of the Veteran's Bike & Car Show and moving the entire event to the grass airfield this event will be a new experience for everyone involved!
When/where is the Mandatory Safety Meeting?
*Remember you only need to attend one of the following meeting options listed below:
Columbia Airport Location (in the Armory, behind the Airport Administration building)
Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. or Friday, June 17, 2022, at 4:30 p.m.
Pine Mountain Lake Airport Location (Gregory Hangar)
Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
